Default Food options on Diamond Princess

Does anyone know if the Diamond Princess has egg beaters available on board? How about Lactaid or some other lactose free milk? At dinner, are sugar free (or low sugar) desserts ever available?
Also, is sugar free lemonade available? How much is bottled water?
Is it possible to bring bottled water on board? Would it be better/easier to just buy a few refillable bottles to bring? My boyfriend is addicted to Crystal Light Fruit Punch and since he can't drink sugar, carbonated, or most caffinated drinks...I'll feel bad if he's stuck with just water for two weeks...lol.. Also, is unsweetened ice tea available?
Thanks so much!

Doesn't Crystal Light now have individual packets that you can add to single serving water?
Also, most cruise lines do have sugar free options on desserts. Not so much on beverages.
