Which cruise line do you think has the best coffee?

Just to let everyone know, I am a roaster of specialty coffee, and in the process of doing market research, and I would like to find out what other cruiser's thoughts are on the coffee served aboard the ships. Also, I am not affiliated in any way with the owners of this forum. Any and all input will be greatly appreciated.

I have only cruised Carnival and Royal Carribbean and I have to tell you the "free" coffee is not the greatest; it isn't even on par with a cup from Denny's. There is room for improvement.

Princess Cruise had some nasty ass coffee. After about 3 days I found a bar on the ship that served good coffee with real 1/2 and 1/2.
