Default quick question regarding formal nights

I am booking a 7 day cruise with Carnival and was wondering if they generally serve lobster on the first formal night or the second.

Wow that is a good question you are forcing me to think. I'm really feel like it was the second formal night that we got the Lobster and Prime Rib. They want to leave you with a good expression of the food. If I'm wrong someone chime in. My last cruise was Carnival Freedom end of April and start of May 08 so my memory may no be so good.
