Here is a link:
0.75 oz Cream
0.75 oz white creme de cacao
0.5 oz Galliano Herbal Liqueur
0.75 oz Orange Juice
0.75 oz Vodka

Add ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice. Shake and strain into chilled glass.
I found an alternative recipe on a thread about Carnival drink recipes.
try the yellow bird.

1 oz. Light Rum
1/4 oz. Galliano
1/4 oz. Creme de Banana
2 oz. Pineapple Juice
2 oz. Orange Juice

Combine ingredients in a highball glass filled with ice and stir.

You will have to test both recipes and decide which one you like.
Oh here is a third recipe.
One part age; three parts liquor!

I love Yellowbirds! I was introduced to them on my first NCL ship. They didn't know what I meant in Las Vegas though when I orderd them at the casinos!
