I am not sure what you call it, but here is the recipe for the Carnival chocotlate melting cake. Now that I see who rich it is I don't know if I can ever eat it again:
8 ounces of semisweet chocolate
1 cup (2 sticks) of butter
7 eggs, divided use
6 tablespoons of sugar
1/2 cup of flour
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Melt the chocolate and butter and cool for 10 minutes. In a separate bowl, mix four eggs with sugar. Whisk. Then add flour and whisk. Add the remaining three eggs and add the egg mixture to the chocolate mixture. Pour this entire mixture into individual ramekins. Bake until just done, about 15-20 minutes (interior will be melting). Serve with vanilla ice cream.

What is a bain-marie? Never heard of this one. I have baked this in a large, round pan and it came out fine....a little meltier, if that's even a word.
Marty
How many ramekins do I need? I definitely need to make this.

This chocoholic thanks you. I think when I tried this for the first time I died and went to heaven.

... most overated food ever in my opinion (though I understand that food is subjective). Now I'm not much of a dessert person myself anyways, but my wife is, and she is a complete choc-a-hollic. She has tried it on multiple nights across multiple sailings and always said it was horrible. She won't even order it any longer. We've had several table mates who felt the same in fact, and none who ever loved it.
