Default Formal Nights

On the Dream doing the Eastern - can someone tell me which two nights are the formal nights? Interested in booking the steakhouse but want to work around the formal nights.
Any recommendations on what to order there?

the general rule of thumb is that on a 7 day cruise, the first formal night would be the night of your first Full day at sea and your second formal night would be the night of your last Full day at sea
