My overall favorite is French. I love the sauces, purees, herbs and the techniques used for cooking meats and fish.
I actually like just about all types of foods but I would have to say that there are some Indian dishes and certain curries and desserts that I don't care for.
No matter what. I'll try just about anything. There is no such thing as "The yuck factor." As long as it isn't "contaminated" (uncleaned or poorly cleaned chitterlings) or I have no idea how long it's been hanging in the window, I'll eat it.

We're both pretty adventurous when it comes to food but we really love Sushi. I can't count the number of times we've gone to the Sushi bar on Celebrity for "appetizers" with a plan to have dinner in the buffet-and never made it because we filled up on Sushi!

Got to be Indian for me, with a large immigrant population (if we are allowed to say immigrant) from Asia we have diverse "Indian" cuisine here. Even Michelin starred chefs.

I don't really have a favorite cuisine but if possible when out or on a cruise I will get a seafood dish no matter the style of cooking as I love seafood and hubby not so much.
