Is there a cruise ship that offers traditional French favorites such as fresh French baguettes, chocolate éclairs, tiramisu and macaroons.
and any other decadent French-inspired treats?

On a similar search for treats. Has anyone ever had frog legs served to them on a cruise ship?

Many cruise lines offer fresh-baked baguettes and eclairs.
Tiramisu is not remotely French - but VERY Italian. You can find it on EVERY Italian flag cruise ship.
Many cruise lines have fresh-baked macaroons.

Cuisses de Grenouilles were popular on the SS France.
I occasionally see them on other French Flag cruise ships.
A bit passe nearly everywhere else.

Many cruise lines also have Tiramisu, not just Italian lines.
