Thumbs up Seafood Appetizers

Eating seafood is irreplaceably beneficial to your health. Seafood is the richest dietary source of selenium, which is imperative for cellular function. Your body converts the omega-3 fatty acids in plants very inefficiently, thus the conversion to DHA is negligible. Also, the long-chain fatty acids are vital for the developing nervous and vascular systems of foetuses.

Hey - thanks Mr Public Service Announcement!

There is a joke about seafood on cruise ships. You often hear people say "of course the seafood is fresh, look, the ocean is right there!"

But NEVER have I seen a guy on the back of the ship with a fishing pole saying "here's your dinner, Mr. PSAagro"
