There are many naysayers who reject the idea of anchovies on anything. Now I admit that my idea of eating anchovies with ice cream or just the little filets by themselves may not appeal to the non-adventurous person, but to conquer your fear of the little fish you might want to try it in a Ceasar salad. You might want to put anchovies in a pasta sauce with some gralic and oil, this also eliminates those little spines the anchovies have.
