Default how cold is it inside dining room?

Hi, just how cold is it inside the dining rooms? I take it they must be air-conditioned. I have a velvet dress, shorter length and also a thin cocktail dress. Will I be hot in velvet or too cold in a tihinner dress in the dining room? How about on deck at night, dressed up? On Horizon (southern carribean) on Dec. 2/00 Should I bring some kind of coat or fancy sweater? Thanks from a first timer.

Hi Dude2,
Yes, the dinning rooms are air conditioned and tend to be a bit chilly, so a nice sweater or cover-up will do nicely. Also in the evening on deck with the wind its also chilly, so the sweater will come in handy.

Thank you so much, I guess I won't be too hot in the short velvet dress.
