Lugguge Tags _secured.

My TA had said not to put your tags on until you got off the bus when arriving at the port.
Night before, I put on our bags but took some good old clear box / wrapping tape and wrapped around the tags.
Worked like a charm, needed a knife to cut off.

Course every male has a swiss army pocket knife somewhere in his kit.
