Good luck to you girl! I'm 5'1-1/2 and I know what it's like to want to lose weight. I used to weigh 97 pounds soaking wet... now I'm more than I'd like to be. But everything takes time. I'm drinking lots of water.. walking everyday.. and eating smaller portions at meal time. I also am taking a herbal pill (apple cider/vinegar supplement).. but check with your pharmacist.. that's what I did, to make sure it wouldn't cause any reactions to any medications you may be on. Just take your time.. and remember it's how you view yourself inside too that counts!
