Default Formal and Semi Formal Nights on the Norway

I am aware that there are 2 formal nights on the Norway. My husband will be in Mess Dress, and I in a vintage 60's evening gown (I found it on Ebay and it is just georgous!).

Are there any semi formal nights on the Norway? Or are all the rest casual? We are trying to figure out if he needs to bring both sets of uniforms, or just the mess dress. He plans on wearing his dockers for casual.

Also, does casual still mean a jacket for men, or are dockers and button up shirt/polo shirt okay? Is it appropriate for women to wear khaki pants and a blouse for casual nights?

Totally confused on the formal/ semi/ casual levels of dressing. Well, I have the formals down at lease, LoL.

Sorry to be so long winded and confusing. You should talk to me in real life. I NEVER shut-up!

Semi-Formal: sports jacket, shirt. tie & trousers for the gentlemen. Nice dress or pantsuit for the ladies.

Casual - dockers type pants w/polo or button shirt.(no jacket required) same for the ladies or my preference -sheath/sundress w/sweater & flat sandals. capris & twinsets work great also.

We cruised on the norway last summer. I wore pants to dinner each night, including formal night (yes they were formal velvet pants with a silver shell, very formal). Hubby and I both wore dockers and polos on the casual nights. Just go with the mess dress for formal and the dockers on the other nights.
