Default Western Carib packing - need pants?

As I'm starting to pack for our cruise, I'm wondering if I need long pants/shirts at all. Is the ship kept pretty cool? How cool is it at night? I want to pack as little as I can, so I'll have more room for the donations, but I don't want to freeze my patooties off!

Thanks!

a nice pair of pants with a short-sleeve blouse or collard polo type jersey is always a good thing to pack for casual dining. You can get 2-3 nights wear out of 1 pair of pants with different tops.

I would say a pair of pants is a great idea. We had one really cool day on board. I was thankful that I had a pair and a sweater. It kept the day from being ruined by being chilly.

I always pack a few pairs to wear for casual nights too. They do keep the A/C fairly cool in the dining rooms, so you won't be too warm, for sure.

You should always bring pants and at least one sweater or light jacket. You never know when it will get cool and the air conditioning is pretty high some times.

We were on the Grandeur in mid-February, and we definitely needed longer pants and sweaters/sweatshirts for a couple of the days and nights.
