Default Kids and Formal Nights

Hi All,

What a way cool message tread forum. Can someone help me? I have an eight year old and an 11 year old that are going on a 4 night West Caribbean Carnival Cruise aboard the Imagination at the end of this month. Should I pack their suits for formal night?

Many thx in advance!

Yep. Even though my son complained about having his photo taken on formal night, he really seemed to enjoy the specialness of the night.

My 16 year old daughter like to really dress up. She will probably dress prom like for formal night. The other 4 nights she will dress more than we will. Can't wait.

I agree with LisaK. If they have suits bring them. I have a great picture of my son (then 9) all dressed up in his suit on formal night with the Captain of the ship that the photographer took. I also bought the pictures of the family that they took on formal night. How often can you get your whole family together and dressed up for a picture? They've made wonderful cruise memories.

It's done then, suits will get packed. I agree, the photos will be great and my 8 and 11 year old will get akick out of it.

Thanks for everyone's input!
