Default What to wear for breakfast?

We are going on the Adventure of the Seas in 11 days and I was wondering what attire is appropriate for breakfast? We are planning on going on excursions for most of the days and just planning on wearing swim suits with cover ups. Is there a place to eat breakfast where that casual of attire is appropriate. I didn't want to get up change for breakfast and then change again for our early morning excursion. Any info? This will be our first cruise so I am clueless!

Shorts and tee shirts are fine.

if you eat breakfast in the dining rooms, shorts & t-shirts are fine. You can wear a bathing suit with cover-up to the buffet, or throw a pair of shorts & t-shirt over your bathing suit.

Hi Lauri,
Yes, you can wear what you'd be wearing for the day for breakfast. The dress code only applies for dinner in the dining room. We find eating breakfast and lunch in the Windjammer works fine for us and they have a great selection.

I found on both the Explorer and Adventure that shorts and tees, or well-covered-up beach attire was fine for dinner and lunch at both the windjammer and dining room.

Default Thanks everyone for the responses!

It is such a relief to know that I can wear casual attire to breakfast! I really didn't want to have to change clothing again! It seems like the Windjammer is a popular place for breakfast. I can't wait to try it! Actually, I can't wait for the cruise! Only 9 more days (but who's counting)! Thanks again, everyone, for your responses. I appreciate it so much!

Your in the same count down mode as me lol We leave June 21st Enchantment of the Seas. This week is really dragging out. I keep going to work everyday saying 4, 3, 2 more work days. Monday morning as I was getting ready for work I told my hubby, I wished it was Friday already lol He said I was terrible.

When my friend and I cruise (which we will again in September - Oosterdam Panama Canal 22 days) we usually order breakfast delivered to the room at 7:00. So waht we wear is our nightgowns and robes. If we didn't get enough to eat as some cruise lines only provide a continental breakfast for cabin service, then we put on out shorts and tee shirt and find the dining room or Lido.
