Default Pillows on Princess

Can anyone tell me how may pillows they allow each person in their stateroom on Princess Cruises? Can you request more? Are they flat, soft, fluffy? I'm so use to my memory foam pillow I'm entertaining the thought of bringing it with me..... We sail in 23 days : ) Thanks for your help.

we each had two pillows, I thought they were very comfy, but a pillow is such a personal preference that why not bring your own with you, that way you know you will be comfortable.

Thanks Kristine. I'm debating on taking my own pillow - it weighs five lbs. and takes up so much precious suitcase space - we're flying.

I can't live without MY pillow. To indulge this extravigance of mine I got one of those compression bags, you know, the ones you roll up to remove all air. In my opinion, do whatever is going to make you most comfortable. It is YOUR vacation!!

Side note: Once I left my pillow behind at a hotel and had to have them mail it to me. When I did my final glance of the room to make sure we had everything, it blended in with the hotel pillows. Since then I have bought a wild pillowcase for it and never left it behind again. I had to survive two weeks without MY pillow

Thank you for your input. I have decided to take my own pillow and will be using a print pillowcase so I don't leave it behind. It means taking an extra suitcase, but then we'll have extra space for those souveniers that follow us home ; )

speaking from personal experience, if you have any kind of neck, or shoulder problems, bring your own pillow. DH got such a bad knot in his neck from sleeping on the ships pillows that it took 3 visits to the spa for a massage. He is bringing his own pillow next time. I found that i needed two pillows to be comfortable.
Squish your pillow into an air-tight bag of some kind.

We just returned from our cruise on the Golden Princess and their pillows are as flat as pancakes. I was very happy that I brought along my memory foam pillow. My sister did request more pillows and received them. My recommendation is to bring your own pillow if your luggage will allow it. The massages sounds wonderful though....
