Default Transatlantic in April - how chilly is it?

Need some suggestions, please, on what to wear/bring on a transatlantic cruise in April from Fort Lauderdale to Lisbon (RCCL - Legend of the Seas sailing April 10). From my research, Bermuda: according to bermudatourism.com - 60s and 70s and
Lisbon: lows and highs range from mid 50s to low 70s

The real question is how cool/warm will it be on the ship? It doesn't sound like shorts weather. On the other hand, do I need to bring sweaters and wool slacks or will khakis, a polo shirt and windbreaker be sufficient? I presume, layers is probably the best bet. If my formal outfits are short sleeved, will I need a nice wrap or other cover-up?

Thanks in advance for the two cents.
