Hi folks,
Many people recommended taking a power strip with you on the cruise.
Which kind do you mean? The kind with the extra thing on plug in part (don't I sound intelligent? sigh) the three prong type? I think it has a ground in it. Or the type that has just the two prongs that plug in?
I hope I haven't hopelessly confused you.

Cheryl-Beth,
We find it easier to bring a 6 foot extension cord with 3 places to plug things in and it takes up less space. I stick it in one of my DH's dress shoe. As for the power strip, it's one of those long usually white metal boxes with about 8 places to plug something in.

I agree with CA, but I found a smaller power strip that has only four places to plug in things. It has space for three prongs, but if you have something that uses two prongs you can still use it! I found it to be better than a long extension cord, unless you need something that will reach beyond the desk area.
Lisa,
Another good idea!!! The reason I bring a "6 ft" cord is so I can dry my hair in the bathroom while DH finishes a movie or catches up on CNN. Sometimes I don't even unwind it but just in case.
