Dining Room clothes for Alaska Cruise

Husband and I would prefer not to bring dressy clothes on our Alaska Cruise in May. What type of clothes would be ok to wear to dinner at night...not formal night...just dinner in the dining room.
We're on Carnival Spirit.

For NON formal nights, and types of casual slacks with shirts/blouses will basically do. Though even if it is Alaska, a lumberjack jack shirt and torn blue jeans isn't a good idea

nice trousers - Docker's type with a nice collared shirt for DH, and for you - nice slacks with a blouse, capris, casual dress, skirt & blouse.

On the Radiance we had 2 theme nights, both western/cowboy themed so our jeans fit right in with everyone else. I also wore nice corduroy slacks and a nice blouse.
