Going on Mariner this October. Has ice rink and ice shows. Is it necessary to bring long pants and long sleeve shirt? How cold is it at the ice-skating shows?
It's air conditioned but not overly "cold". Perhaps a long sleeved shirt and long pants. No jacket required. It really depends on your definition of cold.

Its really no colder than the dining room, I've even work short sleeve shirts and been fine. Don't forget, there will be lots of people in there heating the place up :-)
