If your referring to dinner, slacks and a nice top.. formal night they can wear a very nice cocktail dress or a long formal dress.
During the day on board.. shorts and tank tops.. swim suits.. whatever they choose. no swim suits in the dining rooms.

The prescribed dress code for teens, and indeed for children of all ages, is exactly the same as for adults.
If your teens have "prom" dresses, they would be very suitable for the "formal" evenings. If they do not have "prom" dresses, a "party dress" that they might wear to a wedding or some similar occasion also would be acceptable.
on casual nights a lot of the teen girls wear nice capris with a cute top and flat sandals or mini-skirts with a cute top and flat sandals.
On formal nights, the older teens tend to go for the prom type dress, and the younger teen girls go for more of the party/wedding dress
