Default Packing...

Well last week it was sort out what still fitted, today it was decide what to take & what not, which then led to what we could fit in the measly 23kg(50lbs) allowance, the luggage scale (cheapo one) broke so we went back to the original method of weigh yourself then add case, we vow NEVER to do this again..no more flying (that's what we say now!).Eventually got it done, taking stuff out of one, back in the other putting it in the hand carry-on's. About the only thing we haven't worked out is my marine binoculars, they are heavy.

Could you wear them 'round your neck? With maybe a pith helmet. That would make a statement. !

I wear any heavy clothes on the plane and pack all heavy things in my backpack (carry on).

Once, I forgot to add the weight of my luggage scale...that was close!

Princess has laundromats on their ships, I do a load half way through the cruise.

I invested in a good pair of small binoculars, because of the weight.
