Dispatcher;9-1-1 what is your emergency?
Caller;I heard what sounded like gunshuts coming from the brown house on the corner.
dispatcher;Do you have AN ADDRESS?
caller; No, I have on a blouse and slacks, why?
dispatcher;9-1-1 what is your emergency?
caller; someone broke into my house and took a bite out of my ham and cheese sandwich.
D;excuse me?
C;i made a ham and cheese sandwich and left it on the kitchen table and when i came back from bathroom,someone had taken a bite out of it.
D;was anything else taken?
C;no, but this has happened to me before and i'm sick and tired of it!
D;9-1-1 what is the nature of your emergency?
C;im trying to reach nine eleven but my phone doesn't have an eleven on it.
D;this is nine eleven.
C;I thought you just said it was nine-one-one.
D;yes, ma'am nine-one-one and nine eleven are the same thing.
C; Honey,I may be old, but I'm not stupid.

C;yeah,I'm having trouble breathing.I'm all out of breath.
Darn.....I think I'm going to pass out.

C;I'm at a pay phone.north and foster.

D; what were you doing before you started having trouble breathing?
C;Runing from the Police.

maybe place is wrong but subject said :To laugh, just becouse not to take no ones time if they look for valuable information.
when i was looking valuable information for a partecular cruise i read 4page of jumbled information about someting else and people posting here for years doing this.i read many marc's post and i liked but i hope he shows same interest to them too.
and why some group of people only talking with eachother for years but never pesponse to newbies.
i whish he just said;i don't see why laugh i know better one.this will tells me i were wrong.

Yes. it appears that some on here "only talk to some others". But that is built on years of getting to know someone, ie the others you "Gripe" with.
So sorry if that appears as a club. It is not, it's just people happy to respond to an other person, and knowing their sense of humor or personal stance on some subjects.
Any of us could stand up in a room and say "I think this", not everyone is going to agree, but by God the debate will be interesting. Thats Gripes
I think the gripe was the post although funny was misplaced within all the forums that CM offer, and you got the reaction, it was not a cruise gripe.
Dont let it put you off, just pick the right forum for it.
