Thank you CQ, we made out pretty well, but it takes money to be a TM. It's another cold night, so I had to have an extra glass of wine for anti-freeze. Good night to all the gang, have a peaceful evening and keep on posting.

Good Morning Gang!

Another cold day with snow and ice coming in the afternoon. :evil:

I think we need to move out of Jersey. I look around on Realtor.com and found this beautiful home for only $245,000 4 bed 3 bath over 3,000 sq feet. This type of home in my area is over a million dollars

This home is in Plano, TX.

TM and the real estate taxes in this area are crazy.

My taxes go up each year. A few months ago the town sent out assessors to revaluate homes in the town. When he came to my door I did not let him in. last week we all got the letters in the mail as to how much your house is valued at and mine valued out the same as a few others homes that are my size and layout and not updated at all.

I have a new kitchen/new baths/marble floors no way I was letting them in. So the home four doors down that has not updated in 20 years got valued out as the same as my home.

So we will see once the new tax bills are sent out in the summer.

Of course taxes will be alittle higher on my home because of the turf soccer field in my yard.

Homes with a turf soccer field are more desirable.
