Kat thanks for rubbing it in as I am facing a New England winter. At least I have my cruises to look foward too, and a trip to Hawaii in April. and now I get to be LAST.

Manuel,
We get 3-5 days of snow in a normal year.
Just long enough to remember it and short enough to enjoy.

Like Katlady, I grew up in CA (San Diego) and the sun after 10am evey day with an average temperature of 68 degrees was just so darn predictable

The annual fires were fun to dodge, though.

That is the beauty of Sacramento my friend! No fires and no faults (some no earthquakes). 68 in winter oh that is terrible

I would much prefer below zero with frozen pipes and black outs. I never have to warm up my car in order to drive it, I don't shovel snow and I have a wonderful winter tan. 8) Oh and I'm last. Manuel what island are you going to? My mom was born on the big island of Hawaii. I grew up going to Festas and Lauas.

Kat we have visited hawaii before, we have been on the big island, Kauai, Maui, Molokai and Oahu. This time we are basically going to stay in Honolulu,and relax, enjoy the beaches and take in whatever we can. By the way I certainly am impressed that you grew up going to festas and lauas. I would still enjoy that now.

Sunny day in Sacramento area! I when out and shot my first 9 holes of golf. It was fun.

I have been using the driving range, but I finally felt good enough to go on the course. I only lost two balls in the water.

Hey I didn't land in the sand trap. I'm lasted.

Rinker I included San Diego in the football pool. This includes all 3 of the Thursday Thanksgiving Games. So get your picks in early.

Hey, Manuel I have interests of many things, but I'm a master at nothing.

Me and the hubby took up golf to get out of the house and do something active. It's fun and maddening all at the same time.

Good morning, this is one of my favorite weeks of the year, I'm only working monday and tuesday. This year i have one more thing to be thankful for in that I really got into this posting and I'm enjoying all the comments from all of you . It's also good to be last, and that the Patriots are still undefeated.

That one shot for me was when my hubby hit his ball into the water.

I had already lost two balls in the water and he had just bragged about have all his balls when that happened.

PartsGuy, that disc golf seems pretty interesting, especially to one who has only tried miniature golf.

Kat, I'm glad that you're taking up golf and it's good to know that your husband has a knack in keeping his balls on the grass.
