I've got the nice warm weather and for some reson this rain just may decide to pass over. I went out for the am walk and felt a few light sprinkles and that was it.

Kat - I'm gonna need the baileys and tea just to warm up.

We are having a new office building built and it will be done this time next year so I hope the HVAC will be a major improvement. Being in a historic building is no fun at all.

Spain over Russia 4-1 great game Spain with some nice goals also was raining during the game.

Sweden and Greece 0-0 so far.

Portugal game Wed.

For those of you that don't like soccer just ignore my posts as I do get carried away with soccer!

Our heat wave ends tomrrow, but we will still be close to 90 deg.
Today we reached 98 (broke the record). So it took a few drinks to cool off.
With Portugal playing tomorrow, I wiil be sweating all day until I watch the game

The weather cooled down so we went to the doggy park and how my dogs are tried. Luka Modric is nicey nice. I must set the DVR to Portugal game.

Good Morning Gang!! Well, I'm going to sound like a broken record, it's raining again!! We had a storm skirt us last night, but now this morning it's raining and tomorrow and some on Friday!! I want it to quit for at least a couple of weeks!!

I like soccer - have to, I work with guys from the countries that have been playing - except Portugal - don't have anyone from there - every morning they argue about who's the best, etc. so I need to know who they are talking about and the scoring etc. I know enough to follow what's going on and not enough to keep my mouth shut when they are talking about the players etc.

Have a lot going on here at work, so I guess I'd better get busy and quit playing around - have a great day! Later......

Do you co-workers follow international or League play? By the way TM I can't believe Barcelona lost to Man U in the Champions League. Also the Barcelona coach got fired. I wonder who will replace him? My problem is I don't like the English League, but I like Cristiano Ronaldo he is from Madeira Island.

My favorite thing about the cruise was meeting this English man, Phil, and chatting soccer. I never get to chat soccer in person with someone who follows league play. He said Cristiano Ronaldo is very popular and all the teenage boys are getting his haircut.

Kat - my guys here just follow the International - it's always who's got the best player, what country has the most fans etc.

In fact, they play soccer here once a week for fun - they all get out there and give it a try!! some are much better than others but then again they've got age on them compared to the players that have been shown in previous posts!!!

Well, gee that's easy the best teams are Current World Cup Champions Italy, Portugal, Brasil, Croatia, and German. The most violent teams are England and Argentina. The most likely team to take a dive in the penalty box if France (Thierry Henry ). The up and coming continents are Africa (unpredictable) and Asia (fast). Yes, I am a slacker. BUT I do have a good reason. This new work schedule has really been a hard adjustment. Thankfully, this is the last day and it will be my first 3-day weekend.

I did almost over sleep. The alarm didn't go off but I did wake up 15 minutes late.

Good Morning Gang - rain again and storms last night - according to weather reports we are to be in the rain mode until the 22nd of June and then after that I guess we'll be hot and dry - but I'm taking the wait and see attitude.
