Thank you for your Liberty OTS review. If I did not already have a cruise booked on her I would book one today.

I also enjoyed your pictures. They were just beautifull, you and your son look great and they show what fun a cruise vacation is all about.

I will check out the review. Welcome back to reality. Sounds like a great cruise. Do you have pictures up?

Buddy Boy and I did agility on Sunday it was so hot even at 10:15AM in the morning. I made sure Buddy Boy drank lots of water. I'm going to have to work on his lay down. His sit is really good. But lay down he only does it 20% of the time I ask him to. He also has leash aggression issues that I need to work on. I think I need to take him for walks on leash more. I normally just take him to the doggy park where he chases dogs off leash. He learns super fast, you can see him watching the other dogs. Then boom he understands what to do almost without me saying anything.

Good Morning Gang,

Beetle you are not last anymore - now you have to come back and post again.

We have the pitter patter of little feet in our house a few days (4 little feet to be exact). The DW's grandmother and dog are with us for a few days. The dog is a Boston and full of energy.

TM - I have to rest up with the riders today for the final push of the tour.

Hi Gang and welcome back to all those who've been cruising and having a blast!! Typical Monday here - work, work, and more work -
had great weather over the weekend, didn't have to have the AC on and we broke a few records regarding temps (low) -

have a good one!

I am back (but not happy about it )
Cruise went by wayyyy tooo fast.
Had a fabulous time! I really recommend Alaska to anyone who loves cruising. It was unlike anything else out there.

Loved the virtual cruise, kat! You have better pics than me!
Everyone else's cruise went well too, I see.
I'll post a review once I get organized. AirCanada didn't get us home until 1:30 am. I will never fly them again.

Bob, Contador is still in the yellow, but Armstrong is not far behind. The rest of the Tour is going to be quite interesting.

Your pictures may be to big. Check the size; if it's over 1.25MBs it won't load and has to be resized. I suggest doing a save as to keep the first picture the original size. Welcome back by the way. I knew you would love Alaska it's so pretty. My hubby takes the pictures, he is really good at it.

Good morning gang. Hey I'm the first one today to be last. The weather cooled off a little (lower 90s) so I was able to take the dogs to the doggy park last night.

Good morning gang

Happy Long Island iced tea tuesday.

We are getting another soggy day here in Ct. It has been a cool and wet summer. This kind of weather just makes you want to be on a Caribbean cruise.

Enjoy your day.

Nothing like a tour that is nip and tuck. I'm sure Saxo Bank still has something up their sleeves and Andy Schleck will try to make a charge.

Good Morning Gang,

Good to hear so many positive reports about Alaska. We have it penciled in for 2013 - our friends 40th anniversary. Plenty of seas to sail between now and then though.

Happy Tea Tuesday.

Happy Tea Tuesday it is!! Dreary weather here in Ks. today and probably the rest of the week!! Rain - well the crops need it so I won't complain too loudly.

Although, the county fairs start this week so it does dampen the spirits a bit!! I start my 4-H judging tonight and have two more counties this week - then I get a break and then in Aug I've got two more counties but judge for 3 days and then a break until State Fair in Sept. and then all my concentration is on my cruise - Jan. getting all the shore excursions lined up etc.

Well, must get back to work - just took a short break - have a great day and enjoy your tea!

Good Afternoon kids!

What a crappy day rain rain rain! No sun for the next 7 days!

Summer is the one season that I love and looks like there will be no summer this year.

It was time to book another cruise. I need more of that hot sunny caribbean weather.

Bahama, what do you judge? My wife was a very active 4-H participant. She did livestock, cooking, sewing, furniture refinishing. In fact she just made her blue ribbon apricot bread again yesterday.

Look at CQ flashing her Glitterfly, that was quick. How long is this cruise? What are the ports? I like your new avatar.

Bob apricot bread sounds tasty. You will love Alaska so much to see.

TM and Bahamamomma we have nothing, but sun over here. But no more oven thank goodness it is 79 degrees, possible high of 96 degrees (hope not). Trust me the difference between 106 and 96 is huge. At 106 I don't leave the house. 96 means it will cool down enough to do the doggy park. The extreme heat is not good for the plants some have dry leaves. The tomatoes love it. My Brandywine Tomato has gone crazy I hope I like Brandywine tomatoes. This is the first year I have planted one of these. I love the sweet 100s and they are doing good this year to.

Wow

I don't know ehere to start.

I'm so excited for CQ, with another cruise booked. Also I like her new avatar.

I would love to visit Kat and see her garden. With all the crappy weather we are having here in Ct. there is not much we can do with our gardens.

I would to taste that apricot bread tha Bob's DW made.

You know I love those Glitterflys.....

The August trip was supposed to be a trip to Universal Studios however we decided since Liberty went by soooo fast let's do one more cruise.

My first 9 niter!! Going to St. Thomas, St. Maarten, San Juan and Bermuda.

I have never been to Bermuda so that should be good. There are 4 sea day and I love sea days but my son loves sea days even better because all his friends are on the ship.

We never got to do horseback riding durig the Liberty so it is a must to do but I have to shop around and see where is best. Also want to Zip again I hear San Juan has a good one.

Too Bad I already unpacked from Liberty I could have just left everything in the suitcase.

CQ, I think that you will love the longer cruise. I have done some 10 and one 11 day cruise and I find them more relaxing.

We shoul call you the DancingQueen of the Seas.

CQ congrats on your new cruise booking. I took a 14 day cruise last year and that still seemed to short.

My cruise price went down $10 per person so I had my travel agent put in an early saver request. I know $20 bucks big wow, but everything helps that is one day of tips.

The best news is I got my tax collector job back starting on September 1st. I wll be collecting outstanding payroll taxes. Hello old job how I have missed you. I moved to an analyst position for a promotion and I have been there 3 years. That is 2 years 6 months longer than I wanted. I know this sounds bad, but tax collector is the job that I'm the most natural at. It combines customer service with research. Those are my favorites. I'm never rude, I like helping people out of a bad situation.

Kat congratulations on getting your job back. That is a very important job considering the way the Ca. economy is doing.

Does this mean you won't take the IRS job?

Good morning gang.

Happy wine down wednesday.

I will be needing a bit extra wine to be able to put up with our crappy weather.

I'm in the middle of the hiring process. So I will go through the whole process and see if the IRS offers me a job. If they do I may take it, because of the furloughs and the union taking a strike vote. If the strike vote comes back no strike I will feel much better about things and probably stay with the state.
