Our stores open at 3am it was always 4 or 5 this is the first year they are starting at 3am. I guess with the bad economy the retailers have to be alittle nervous as what this holiday shopping season will bring.

I'm doing alot of shopping on Amazon and Ebay.

Anyways Kids alot to be thankful for on thanksgiving and always.

Kohls opened at 3AM so I was in line at 2AM and I was pretty far back in the line. I was in Kohls for 3 hours (one hour standing in line to check out), I have $90 in Kohls cash I'm not sure waht to buy but I will find something. I do the shopping for Crazysis and my mom. I put in on my credit card and they pay me back. So I get the cruise points on top of the Kohls cash. After Kohls I hit Gamestop and Target then back home. I got home about 7:30AM. I got up at 1:30AM in the morning. My Christmas shopping is done. Now I need to get the Christmas cards out and get a Christmas tree.

I enjoyed the company Christmas parties in the past. Although alot of companies are being cheap and doing away with them.
My sister's company used to have a great holiday party with a dinner, open bar and a dj. then it went to no open bar. then it went to out to dinner no dj and a cash bar. This year it will be a get together in one of the meeting rooms for coldcuts and soda.

First of all I have to congratulate Kat on the super result of Barcelona over Real Madrid. 5--0 is an historic result.

Because of my Black Friday shopping I had $90 of Kohls cash. I went over to Kohls and got me some new clothes for free.:-D I know I'm crazy but I enjoy black friday shopping.:-D

My parents got the Real Madrid v Barcelona Game on their TV plus they have a 60 inch TV so I enjoyed watching Barcelona score 5 goals against Real Madrid on their TV. Turns out both my parents are Real Madrid fans so they didn't enjoy it near as much as I did.

TM aren't you glad you were driving and missed the game.;-) Barcelona did have home field advantage. But Real Madrid was not passing well and the defense left David Villa uncovered most of the game. He scored 2 goals on his own. Messi didn't score any goals, but that's okay.

Tonight I'm in the Monday Night Tiebreaker so I just need the 49ers to win by 7 points or more go 49ers.

I'm not dressed for work, the office I'm in is an inferno, there's no way to adjust the heat, so it's time to start shedding the clothes - I need to remember don't dress for the outside, dress for the office - that means summer clothes in the winter and winter clothes in the summer

I would have been OK watching the game.

It was much harder to see Benfica lose to Porto ( also 5-0 ) a couple of weeks ago.

Now we will see what happens in the second round.

I have a feeling the next match up between Real Madrid and Barcelona won't go as smooth for Barcelona. Mourinho will review the game and adjust Real Madrid's approach. Hopely Barcelona won't underestimate Real Madrid because that would be a big mistake.

I had 5 days off and now I'm back to work. I'm sure I have a ton of voice mails. I think my hubby and I have also made a decision on a cruise for 2012 and will be booking it soon. Hope everyone has a great day.

Looks like everyone is way ahead of me in Christmas shopping .
Everyone here has been sick with bad colds for the last 10 days. I finally caught the cold too 3 days ago.
Tomorrow starts our vacation so I hope it doesnt get any worse. The guys feel good now but they got their colds 10 days ago.

Today I pack the suitcases and tomorrow we leave for Florida. Looking forward to the warm weather

Happy Wine Down Wednesday. Kathy is heading for warmer climes - good for her & Henry is in the low end of his cruise count - exciting.

We have snow today - just a dusting on the ground, but this is the first time the ground has been cold enough that we have some accumulation.

I had to pop in again to say that today is the anniversary of the embarkation on the USS William Weigel 23 day cruise from San Francisco to Cam Rhan Bay.

We are now booked on Freedom of the seas April 29, 2012 yeah. I can't wait this is my first cruise on one of the big ships. My last RCL cruise on in 1994 for my honeymoon.

It's wine down wednesday and my dad just gave me a bottle of my wine. It's still tastes a bit green to me last time I tried it. I will test it out today and see how it's coming along.

It's been cold in the morning over here. Frost on the car. This coffee is tasting good today. Kathy and Henry going on vacation soon. I believe Bahamamomma has a cruise coming up soon as well. I'm going to have fun doing some vitural cruises.

Another cold morning, but as I went outside this morning the sky was clear and the stars were just beautiful! with the crescent moon - I love it when I can take the time to just stare up at the sky in the early morning hours -

Bob - you must be getting the snow we had yesterday - had about an hour or so of snow showers and then it quit.

TM - my wine rack is full as well - thank goodness, picked up some wine when I was gone over the Thanksgiving weekend and then I received two bottles of wine for my b-day - a very nice surprise!

have a busy day here at work, so I'd better get back to work -
