still freezing here, snow is coming sunday night. At least its not raining.
I wish I was on a tropical cruise about now.

instead I am researching a cooler Alaskan cruise

It's rainning here I wish I was at the beach right now. C-sis came by yesterday and borrow a couple of things. She leaves in a week for her cruise. TC is also on this cruise. Lucky dogs.

I was in NYC to meet friends for lunch . Late in the day there was a massive thunderstorm .

We might get snow this week, lower tempertaures, perhaps hail which we did have for 15 minutes a few days ago,

Have a great cruise katlady friend , those pictures were lovely.

We are now taking apart the 1960 type fake plywood walls in the basement and renovating for insulation which was not present and the glued 2x2 with new 2x4 and drywall.
Will build a wall to house TV and units and books / DVD's and future surround sound. Locating old wires for prior digital cable and speakers is fun

I feel bad for the ship. I'm not sure it could take them both on the same ship. Actually they cruised together once before to on the Carnival Fantasy. This one is the blogger's cruise. So this will mean my sister has been on two caribbean cruises and I have been on zero caribbean cruises.

What keeps me warm is thinking about my april cruise that is less than two months away.

Depends where you live, the moisture content, the wind chill, proximity to the sea.

We are now at 1C and an Artic Cold Front is coming down mixed with Pacific Coast rains so can get snow and hail and chilll.

My test is how much the oil heater runs and how much the last fill was from the company.
Course now we pay almost car prices for a Litre of gas. $1.14 for oil fill a litre yesterday while my car was $1.17 a litre

Kat the pictures I see on this page are great. The final pic on Sunday was indeed the view from starboard looking at Solstice. We were on the port side looking across the water at Allure and a smaller Celebrity ship.
