In 1994 we sailed from Manhattan to the caribbean . We were in a lounge one night and the band leader asked "Anyone here from NYC ?" Ninety eight people out of 125 were from NYC .

In all of my 15 cruises, I have never ran into someone that I knew. (with the exception of friends that we were sailing with)

Temps are supposed to drop a little today - highs in the 80's instead of the 90's & heat index > 100. Glad I don't have to mow any time soon.

We have not begun to pack as yet .Normally we do so the night before but this saturday evening we are going to dinner with friends so we will probably pack during the day.

It has been a good day. We have had sunshine and rain, and now the weather has turned much cooler.

I saw the US Women beat France 3-1 and I also watched the Japan-Sweden game.

Now I wait to see the US take on Japan this coming sunday.

Happy Tequila Thursday - temps were much nicer yesterday than before. It is supposed to warm up just a little today.

Watched US - France, but missed the second game. Japan is on a tear. Hope we can turn the juggernaut.

Today the Tour de France turns to the Pyrenees for the first of three days of serious mountain climbing.

Hi all I just realized something I'm going camping leaving on Sunday 7/17 the same day Henry leaves on his cruise.

I won't have internet access to do the vitural cruise. Sorry about that I hope someone else can pick it up. Also Henry have a great time on your cruise it looks like a fun one.

So the USA V France game was so good. I still haven't seen Sweden V Japan so I don't know who the US Women's team will play. I will watch the game tonight. GO USA!!!! BTW the referee in the USA V Brazil game can kiss my bass boy she was horrible. Calling back that penalty save so what reason???? Also that was not an auto Red card it was maybe a yellow. I hope she isn't calling the final. Anyway everyone have a great Tequilla Thursday.
