I've lost 34 pounds since I've been dieting .

TM in Italy....What a lucky guy!

I did Leslie Samsone workouts I don't care for them though. I do Denise Autsin workouts sometimes...however I have to be in the mood for Denise . I like Jillian Michaels, Step workouts and Zumba.

Taking care of an older/sick parent takes ALOT of work....18 months and still going strong.
Toenails trimming is a piece of cake it's changing the depends that is more work.....:o

Glee is on tonight!! Yay!!

Ah, the depends. Can't get my dad to wear them. I have to clean up the mess with no depends. That's worse. I do manage to get pads under the sheets and stuff. He usually makes it almost to the toilet before things go south but not always. I like it when he actually makes it to the toilet.

I know people who work out for 2 hours then go to their local WaWa for snacks.

Are you familiar with an Indianapolis based film maker named Ted Green ? I can't find any info on him .

He is doing a documentary on former Indiana Pacer Roger Brown . I have been approached to contribute toward the project as Roger and I were classmates in high school .

Yup he has great access to wine for this wicked wine down Wednesday. We had a beautiful sunny day and My job sent me to Lake Tahoe woo hoo. Only bummer is I have to pay for internet so I only got 3 hours. for $4 that seems like a rip off to me. State won't cover the cost of internet. I don't need it to do my job so I won't claim it on my travel claim. Or well the Hotel room includes free breakfast and free happy hour. So I got super happy.

Good Afternoon Gang,

Late night for me last night.

Just watched an interesting House Hunters International. A single man buying a second home in the Abrutzo (sp?) region of Italy. It looked beautiful, mountainous and not too expensive. Of course I think we would prefer beach property. He bought a "fixer upper" for 20K Euro. It will be quite the remodeling job, but he has plenty of budget for the task.
