TM - sorry about the Portugal result. I'm a fan of the golden goal, hate PKs as a way to resolve a tie. That said the final Spain kick was awfully good. I'll be rooting to Italy & Mrs. TM today.

I see that summer is in full swing. It will in the nineties here for the next few days, but it's just as warm in the Northeast.
I just wish that they would get some rain in the West to help put out those forest fires.

Yeah, it was still 105 here atound 7:00 last night. Most of the state got to around the 110 mark. It is the open anything you can around here.

. I always want to win the lottery this time of the year so I wan build myself a summer home in Alaska.

TM, I don't watch soccer myself, but I did hear yesterday that Italy won their match. Send my congrats to Mrs. TM for me. I'll be rooting for them to win the whole thing.

Good Morning!!!! to all former "Lasties"

I just read the post indicating that the thread has been renamed

this is a good idea!

So I've been away for a while ... long boring story

but it's all good.

The quick version ... I retired ... went on a buch of vacations both land & sea

... finally made Platinum last year, and have been on 5 more cruises since then ... I have returned to work full time as of May 1st (have to have more cruise money) ... my darling G-babies are growing up WAY too fast, gr-son starts kindergarten this fall, and my sweet angel baby gr-daughter starts pre-K this fall

AND ... my youngest son is expecting his first child this January

It would take forever for me to catch up on all that's gone on here by back reading through all the posts, so any quick versions?

My quick version is that we moved from Connecticut to Florida. We bought a house in Palm Coast and we are here to stay.
