Looking for the precruise hotel....many hotels are already sold out in FLL....has any one ever stayed at Laquinta or Sleep inn?? both in the Fort Lauderdale airport area.

any recommendations in FLL from the gang???

Time for me to get off the computer....it's time for my kickboxing class...

I usually stay at the Rodeway inn, they have free shuttles and a nice pool plus a good breakfast.

Thanks TM...I will look into it....some of the reviews for Rodeway are not good so I hesitated on that hotel....but now that you say it's good Rodeway is now an option....

Good morning Gang.

Mom arrived yesterday morning. I spent the day with her. She's still in bed. I guess she's tired. She went to bed early. It was a very long day for her.

CQ, I don't know about the LaQuinta in FLL, but the LaQuinta East in Miami it tops! If the chain treats all of their cruise guests like that one you could do a lot worse.

Lakers Fan Likes that place as well. But Ft. lauderdale has plenty of hotels. I used to stay at the Best Western Oceanside Inn. We liked that place, but they no longer have free shuttles.

The positive reviews outweigh the negative ones .

Everyone that I know who has stayed at the Rodeway loved being there .
