I considered adding the Penn State/Iowa game, but didn't for several reasons:
First, Penn State is the #5 team in the nation, and Iowa isn't even ranked
Second, the Lions are at home at Beaver Stadium
Third, Penn State is 9 1/2 point favorites (as of today, 25 September 2009).
Everyone playing in the pool would pick Penn State to win, and thus everyone would win that particular game in the pool.
I try to pick the biggest games, with the smallest point spreads, because anything can happen in these games, and that way, some people will win the game, and some will lose it. That way, depending on how people pick, they'll win or lose depending on their skill and luck, which makes it a much more exciting pool!
Well, should be another fun weekend of college football! I don't think you can get any wilder than last weekend, though......
The big game this week is the Oklahoma/Miami game. Bradford should be back for the Sooners, and Miami has been playing very well (except for last weekend, of course.)
