Evolution of Dance (trivia)

A Comedian named Judson Laipply came up with the idea for the Evolution of Dance. Since then some Cruise Directors have done wonderful version of it on their ships. But my trivia for the group can you name all the songs in the Evolution of Dance along with the artist? Here is the original Judson Laipply version good luck.:-D BTW there are 32 songs.
