You bet!! A fair number are already booked on this cruise. Going to be another great group! You should click on the link and e mail or call Nancy Bogert.
I haven't checked with her in awhile, but she can tell you exactly how many of us are already booked.
For hotel I'd look at using Priceline. Bid 3 star -downtown zone- and you might try starting around $65 -70. If accepted you'll be at a hotel somewhere along 17st , close to the pier.
thanks Kuki - I did the priceline - going price for 3-star 314, so went down 20 2.5 star - still couldn't meet. I eventually ended with an airport for $150. That's ok - they have free shuttle from airport to hotel and also to the port, so that takes care of any shuttle/cab costs - I think it works out.
Snorklr - glad you are going - is this first or are you a dedicated cruiser? This will be my eighth - leaving April 30 on the Valor. ---- 29 days to go! As of April 1
Liberty Cruise - I haven't been to Antigua or Tortola before so these are new to me - I"ll have plenty of time to research since it is only 9 months, 5 days til we cruise as of April 1
Last year I was in St. Thomas and took in a day sail with five others - it was a wonderful day - I'm thinking of booking that again when in St. Thomas.
We were in Tortola last year. A very pleasant surprise. Found a great beach with nice bars and restaurants to spend the day at. I get confused with the names and mix up my islands but I think it was Cane Bay.
My wife and I and our four teenagers plus my sister-in-law and her husband and my niece and her boyfriend. This is our family's seventh cruise but the first for the rest. We have done one group cruise before and are looking forward to this trip with all of you.
