Unlike some other web sites where people are allowed to post their group cruises IF they use the travel agent the web site dictates at CruiseMates our group cruises are put out for bids to get the very best deal we can find. Then we post them for our readers to join in if they choose, and ALL of our group cruises are hosted by a CruiseMates staff member. Again.. unlike other sites, we do not make ANY money on the group cruises.
However, we also don't allow the free advertising of other group cruises on our message boards, because...after all... this is an advertising supported commercial web site, so allowing free advertising wouldn't be prudent for protecting the value to our advertisers.
