The upgrade fairly was good to me on this cruise. Booked 4B/GTY and ended up in the "high rent district" with many of you guys on Verandah - Deck 8, 4G, inside cabin 8306, midship, port side. I will be nice to with "rowdy friends" 8)
Carole and I are in 8059 it looks like we will have interesting neighbors. We can help each other find the right cabin. Cheers, Mike

Oh there is a better than average chance drinks will be served in cabins and on balconies this cruise!!
Given your position between S & S its not likely you will get any sleep either!!!

April, I did come close to a room drink on one cruise. I purchased a bottle of wine on shore (Pinot Grigio) but never opened it, and ended up taking it to dinner the last night. Carole does not drink much, and I don't like to drink alone so we head to the Casino. She likes to gamble and I sit in the bar and have a few beers. She has agreed to go to a piano bar or show on the next cruise. On our last trip to Mexico I spent every evening in the Casino. I got to know the Casino manager very well. The bars on NCL are not set up for conversation. He let me sit at a closed black jack table and drink my beer and we talked. You mentioned you changed rooms will you be close to the rest of us aft? I like to do both--drink and gamble---and yes--- Mike I managed to find an aft cabin that poppped up when I was looking at Carnivals website---
One deck below several of you in the group---
I'll have to go and check out the cabin numbers and compare---
One of my bad habits--not that I consider it bad mind you is relaxing and sipping champagne from my balcony--------and for some reason ---its seem so much more soothing doinf from and aft cabin-------whether is in port or at sea------
