Is it time to start packing, got out the suitcases which drives the cat crazy. Got all my chocolates made so I guess we can go cruising. We had one warm day on Monday but the forecast is for another week of below zero temps, sure glad we are heading for some warmer weather.

Putting the suitcases in the car tonight after choir practice since I have to work Thursday. We will leave for the airport the minute I get off and head to the hotel in Raleigh. We have a 6 am flight on Friday so we're going up early so we can at least get some sleep before we get on the plane for the long, but welcome flight. My hubby and the other couple that are going with us (ED and Lis) are all retired so they will just be watching the clock till I get off and I will most likely drive everyone at work crazy till I get out of there. Perhaps if I'm annoying enough, they'll let me out early??? One can always hope......See you all very soon now. Safe travels to all.

If we have a stress contest, I can win it easily! #1 son is having triple bypass surgery on Friday. #2 son goes on lockdown for his vacation in Afghanistan Thursday at midnight and the lucky newlywed/newlydad to be is on the first flight out! (Not prison lockdown, Army lockdown) Dirk will have to see the Roto Rooter guy for his carotid arteries on our return to Colorado My eyes look like I have been on a drinking spree...all red. I hope my tear ducts dry up before we sail. I*f not, I'll be sporting sunglasses like that smiley guy.

Before everyone gets too busy with last minute preparations, or leaves for LA......
Just want to tell you all to travel safe!!! Mrs. Kuki and I don't arrive in LA until 11 AM, so by the time we get the luggage and transport to San Pedro, we won't likely be on the ship until 2 PM ish.
Don't have too good a time until we get there. Just a reminder, if anyone needs me before you stumble across me, we're in C753.
Many of you will meet the night before in San Pedro, or at dinner seatings, but between the first and second seating dinner times, you're likely to find us hanging around a bit in the Wheelhouse Bar, so if you spot us, make sure to come say hello.
Afterwards you're quite likely to find me in the casino
Don't forget the first sea days we'll be somewhere aft of Horizon Court if you want to stop by, and then that evening we hope to find all the stragglers at the complimentary cocktail party in the Wheelhouse Bar from 5-6 PM.
We are slowing getting packed. Nice we have all day tomorrow (Thursday) after I get done with a Kiwanis meeting at 9 AM to finish packing. Ruth is working on door decorations and wrapping a gift exchange present.
Looking forward to seeing old friends and meeting a bunch of new ones for dinner Friday night at Crowne Plaza.

WE are heding out to the airport and will be arriving in LA a little after noon today. We will be staying at the Crowne plaza, see you all sometime in the next 16 days.

We got about 3" of snow last night........suppose to be low 30's for today & teens for Friday. We'll be heading to the airport REAL early........don't wanna miss that plane........

We'll be leaving early Friday morning to drive down to San Pedro from Ridgecrest (the real upper Mojave desert). Wishing safe travels for all of you and looking forward to seeing you on-board!

Now just have to hope the snow melts.........it's kinda slushy right now.....hope it doesn't freeze tonight.......yeah right........seeings how it's suppose to be in the teens........
We are all packed and ready to go. A friend will arrive at 5:45 AM on Friday to take us to Little Rock. Our flight with Southwest leaves Little Rock at 7:50 AM to Chicago, change planes and arrive at LAX at 1:30 PM.
We will see you all at Crowne Plaza for dinner at BLU.
We're sitting in the Doubletree Hotel right now - can't wait to hit that bed - it's been a long day! Thankfully the snow in Toronto didn't spoil our travel arrangements
