Symphony Cat e

Reviewed the threat re; Cat E on Harmony. We will be sailing on the Symphony and have chosen a Cat E cabin. We understand that there are some Cat E cabins on Deck 8 which do not have any sort of partial blocked view. Any comments or experience on the Symphony??
