I'm very interested in working on the Crystal but don't know how to apply. If there is someone out there that can give me any clue or advise please share it with me!!!
Since they are getting rid of the Harmony, I would not think they will be hiring anytime soon, since the Harmony employees will be transferred to the other 2 ships.
The link above goes to their employment info on their website. What said about moving the Harmony to NYK has some validity, you still never know, Depending on what job you want there might always be demand.
And they plan to announce a new ship coming out soon.
Can I ask what it is you want to do for Crystal?

If you sincerely considering working cruise ships, I wouldn’t concentrate only on one company.
I would recommend the link I’m providing. All the information is free. And depending on your experience and expertise. Chances getting a job on a cruise ship is pretty good. Specially now when most ships are returning to Europe for the summer. And in general the crew turnover is pretty hi on all ships.
How ever, working on a cruise ship is not for just anyone. Depending on department and a lot of other factors, get ready to work your ## off. With very little time of in port, if any.
But then again, it’s one of the best things I’ve ever done.
You either love it or you hate it!
