Need assistance for working on cruise ships

Hey everybody i'm just writing to see if anyone has any advice for me as to how to go about finding work on cruise ships. I am able to do many jobs although have no relevant specific experience. What are my best options? Thanks for any help you can give me. Lee.

You should start with a google search for cruise ship jobs. Since you don't have experience, you should try with mass market lines like Carnival or Royal Caribbean. Crystal only hires those with at least 3 year's experience. Being a new hire, you will start at the bottom, most likely as a busboy, deck hand or assistant to a room steward. Pay isn't great, especially when you start. It can be as low as $50 a month, and when you're only an assistant to a room steward, you won't be getting tips unless your room steward shares with you.
