You should start with a google search for cruise ship jobs. Since you don't have experience, you should try with mass market lines like Carnival or Royal Caribbean. Crystal only hires those with at least 3 year's experience. Being a new hire, you will start at the bottom, most likely as a busboy, deck hand or assistant to a room steward. Pay isn't great, especially when you start. It can be as low as $50 a month, and when you're only an assistant to a room steward, you won't be getting tips unless your room steward shares with you.
