Pets On Board

Has anyone brought their dog on board the QE2 NY/Southampton? How is the kennel? My cocker can have stomach problems when he's nervous, and occasionally vomit and/or have the runs. Are they able to deal with these kinds of problems (although he may be fine)? Otherwise, he's an angel.
