just discovered this site

Hi folks,just discovered this site from overe here in sunny scotland,cruised 7 times on
the dear old QE2 for my money she still one of the finest ocean going liners!! with such a diverse range of passengers you cant fail to have a good time!! usually done the atlantic round trips including the maiden voyage in 1987 (any members on board for that trip?wasnt is fab!!) Just done the one day party cruise last Dec,pretty hectic but fun
Though it was quite amusing during embarkation to notce the regular cruisers and then the first timers with their ballgowns and Tuxedos,and this was only a one night cruise. Thought the souvenirs that time were v e r y poor standard (anybody agree)
restaurent service was quite good,the midnight buffet was of an excepionally high standard, Thought all in all QE2 was wearing quite well, hadnt been onboard since 1991,so quite impressed with all the changes. had a nice cabin 2003.
