Discovery Channel 4/29/04

I know this is late but I just saw the Discovery Channel is airing a 2 hour documentary tonight about the QM2 at 8:00pm & 11:00pm.

Yes, we watched it. Very interesting, especially since we were on the QE2. That cruise is still very fresh in our minds.

I was amazed at how many people on the QE2 (sold out) and who either planned to go back to Southampton on her for the tandem cruise, or were sailing back to England on the QM2. Nice to have so much money!

It does not need to cost so much to do these trips.

Keep your eyes open and you will get an M5 transatlantic crossing and return flight for �725 or a weeks cruise for �500. It is always a bit of a gamble of course.

I saw the QE2 to NY and QM2 return to Southampton trips for under �1200.
