Default QE2 Cabins

Looking to book in 4124 and 4122.

Does anyone know the actual size of these?
Which ones are the biggest of the interior mid-ship rooms around that area?

Thanks.

Default QE2 Cabins--SIZES

Web site of "deluxecruises.com" has good deck plans. It shows 4122 to be 123 square feet and 4124 to be 79 square feet.

Mary

I've stayed in 4120, fairly good location although a little bit of vibration through the deck. I think 4124 would be a bit noisy a you are very close to the engines there.

I would probably go for about 4106 or forward. On five deck I would say the same kind of advice say 5106 forward.

Some of the cabins might be small but you should find there is enough space.

4124 is a SINGLE cabin, believe me it is SMALL. Recently I had 4182, I cannot recommend it. No counter space around sink in bathroom, had to sit on the toilet and swivel around in order to get my feet in the shower! The shower door was on the wrong side an barred entry from the very small floor space in the toilet.

Dressing floor space was 48 ins by 48 ins. Only one three pin plug in the cabin which was used to run the TV so in order to use hair dryer I had to disconnect the TV. Closet was also small , the safe took up valuable space in such a small closet.

Try the link below. It lists the size of all the cabins on QE2.

Sorry,

Didn't fully read the posts above. You've already been sent the deluxecruises link.

The deluxe cruise website was great. I was able to pick and choose the biggest single cabin and get a big inside one for the folks.

HI Mary
I have been in cabin 4122, its not large but a good layout with door around the
corner from twin beds. Have been on 14 cruises in smaller & larger cabins
and have to say this was a nice small, but not to small cabin.

MICHAEL.

Hi

Just back from the Northern Wonders cruise - and had the bunk beds in cabin 5111. We were really worried but the cabin, albeit small at about 98 feet, was well outfitted and do-able.

There was virtually no counter space in the bathroom but enough for ones toothpaste and plenty counter top space in the cabin. Plus draers and 2 hanging wardrobes. (More hangers would have been nice).

Didnt need to sit on loo and swivel to get into shower - just needed to maneuvre a little.

It was a good deal - and well worth it.

I will do a fuller report on one of the other links.

Regards
