I am trying to find a cabin mate for a 12 day cruise on QM2 leaving NY on 11/26 and returning to NY on Dec 8. A standard inside cabin for early bird's is as low as $1,999 and an oceanview is about $2,500. I am desperately in need of this cruise on QM2 and am trying to obtain a new attitude. I think this will do it; but -- I am going on this cruise solo and was quoted a solo rate of $3,475.00 and this does not include air for a D5 category which is a standard inside. I cannot afford to pay this supplement for being single. It's bad enough being single; now they want us to pay -- ha ha -- up to 200% more -- that's just for being single. Consequently, I seek someone who may be interested in sharing my cabin and I know it is a bold move but I really need a room mate. I am a young 50 year old dancer with a neck injury.
